Euler Hermes Rating hebt Rating der Scholz Gruppe auf B- an

Hamburg (ots) - Euler Hermes Rating hebt die Bonitätseinschätzung der Scholz Gruppe von CCC auf B- an. Ausschlaggebend für die Anpassung ist aus Sicht der Analysten die Verbesserung des Finanzrisikos im Hinblick auf die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Kapitalstruktur und Ertragskraft. Die Agentur hält eine Fortsetzung dieser Entwicklung in den kommenden zwölf Monaten für wahrscheinlich,so dass der Ausblick für das Rating positiv ist.

Das Finanzrisiko stellt sich den Analysten als erhöht bis leicht erhöht dar. Positiv wirkt sich hierbei aus Sicht von Euler Hermes Rating, die Verbesserung der Kapitalstruktur sowie die Reduzierung von Finanzverbindlichkeiten in Folge verschiedener Kapitalmaßnahmen dar. Auch die operative Ertragskraft hat sich nach Einschätzung der Agentur verbessert. Vor dem Hintergrund weiterer Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung halten die Analysten kurz- bis mittelfristig einen weiteren Anstieg der Ertragskraft für möglich.

Das Geschäftsrisiko der Scholz Gruppe bewertet Euler Hermes Ratingweiterhin als erhöht. Hierbei wirken sich hinsichtlich des Marktrisikos nach Meinung der Analysten die Abhängigkeit von der stark zyklischen Stahlbranche, schwankende Rohstoffpreise und die hohe Wettbewerbsintensität der Recyclingbranche negativ auf das Rating aus. Als Stärken der Scholz Gruppe sieht die Agentur das Standortnetz sowie die hohe Logistik- und Recyclingkompetenz. Verbesserungspotentiale bestehen aus Sicht von Euler Hermes Rating imoperationellen Bereich durch die Stabilisierung der Management-, Gesellschafts- und Organisationsstrukturen.
